- Users can directly contact pharmacies via their detailed profiles, which include full contact options.
2. Disclaimer of Responsibilities
MEDwhere is solely a connection platform:
- We do not sell, recommend, or endorse any medicines.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by pharmacies.
- MEDwhere does not handle the selection, purchase, or delivery of medicines. Any such arrangements are made directly between users and pharmacies.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of MEDwhere, you agree to:
- Use the app for lawful purposes only.
- Ensure that any information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate with pharmacies respectfully and professionally.
4. Pharmacy Responsibilities
Pharmacies using the app agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely updates on product availability.
- Respond to user inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure the availability of any item they confirm as "available" to the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
MEDwhere is not liable for:
- Any disputes, issues, or misunderstandings arising between users and pharmacies.
- Delays, inaccuracies, or errors in the information provided by pharmacies.
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our app.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us:
- We do not collect any personal data from users.
- Location access is optional and only used to show nearby pharmacies based on your request.
- Request details (such as product names, images, or prescriptions) may be shared with third-party partners.

7. Changes to the Terms

10. Account Suspension Policy
To maintain service quality and accuracy for our users, the following conditions may result in suspension of a pharmacy’s account:
- If the pharmacy account remains inactive (no login or response activity) for 21 consecutive days.
- If the pharmacy responds to user requests with inaccurate or misleading information.
- If a pharmacy confirms availability of an item but fails to provide it to the customer.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend pharmacy accounts based on the severity or frequency of such violations.
