1. About MEDwhere

MEDwhere is a specialized social network in the healthcare sector that allows users to search for specific pharmacy products and receive availability responses from nearby pharmacies.

• Users submit product requests (text, image, or prescription).
• Pharmacies manually respond with availability, alternatives, or non-availability.
• Users may contact pharmacies directly using the provided contact details.

2. Platform Disclaimer

• MEDwhere does not sell, dispense, recommend, or deliver any products.
• MEDwhere does not participate in pricing, payment, or fulfillment.
• All transactions and communications occur directly between users and pharmacies.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and clear request information.
• Communicate respectfully with pharmacies.

4. Pharmacy Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses.
• Confirm availability only when the product is genuinely available.
• Handle customers professionally once contact is established.

5. Subscription & Fees (Effective January 2026)

MEDwhere operates on a subscription model for pharmacies to support platform development and marketing efforts.

Free Subscription

• Available to registered pharmacy partners at no cost.
• Free partners may receive customer requests that were unanswered or marked as unavailable within the network after a certain period of time.
• Requests under the Free Subscription are delivered with lower priority compared to paid plans.
• Access to features and request volume may be limited.

Paid Subscription

• BD 7 per month for the first branch.
• BD 3 per month for each additional branch.
• BD 0.100 (100 fils) per new customer contact received via WhatsApp.

Free Services:

• Customer phone calls
• In-store visits generated from map/location clicks
• Pharmacy profile views

Pricing & Usage Notice: Subscription fees, usage-based charges, feature availability, and plan limits may change based on consumption, system usage, and the number of requests received by the pharmacy. Any changes will be communicated in advance through MEDwhere’s official WhatsApp community group or other official communication channels.

6. Digital Billboard Benefit

Each subscribed pharmacy may receive a Free Digital Billboard for the first branch, displayed on the MEDwhere Home page.

• May include images or videos.
• Used for promotional or informational purposes.
• Subject to MEDwhere content guidelines.

Notice: The Free Digital Billboard is a promotional offer provided at MEDwhere’s discretion and may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time without prior notice.

7. No Guarantee of Response or Availability

MEDwhere does not guarantee that any request will receive a response, be answered within a specific time, or result in product availability. Responses are provided solely by participating pharmacies and depend on their internal operations.

8. Service Availability & Technical Limitations

MEDwhere is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The platform may experience interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond MEDwhere’s control.

9. Third-Party Services

MEDwhere integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp, phone networks, and map providers. MEDwhere is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these external services.

10. Information Accuracy Disclaimer

All availability details, prices, alternatives, and insurance information are provided solely by pharmacies. MEDwhere does not verify or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

11. Communication & Marketing Consent

By submitting a request, users acknowledge that their contact details may be shared with pharmacies for response, follow-up, and related communication, including marketing messages, subject to applicable laws.

12. Fair Use Policy

MEDwhere reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend accounts that abuse the platform, generate excessive requests, submit false information, or attempt to misuse the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

• MEDwhere is not responsible for disputes between users and pharmacies.
• MEDwhere does not guarantee sales, orders, or conversions.
• MEDwhere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

• MEDwhere does not sell personal user data.
• Request details are shared only to fulfill the service.
• Location access is optional and user-controlled.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

MEDwhere may suspend or terminate access due to inactivity, repeated violations, inaccurate responses, or misuse of the platform.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
